These Terms & Conditions apply to the Dolphin app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices that was created by PaloAI (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Free service.
By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you read and understand these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Application.
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
Use of the Application
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Application in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application, servers, or networks
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application
- Use the Application in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time if these Terms are violated.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Application, including but not limited to its content, features, functionality, trademarks, logos, and design, is the exclusive property of the Service Provider.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Application without prior written consent from the Service Provider.
User Accounts & Information
Certain features of the Application may require you to provide personally identifiable information, including but not limited to first name, last name, and email address.
You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

The Application may use third-party services that have their own Terms & Conditions. By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree that the Service Provider is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
The Service Provider does not guarantee that:
- The Application will function uninterrupted or error-free
- Any defects will be corrected
- The Application will meet your requirements or expectations
Your use of the Application is at your sole risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Application.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
Termination
The Service Provider may terminate or suspend your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease.

The Service Provider may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
You are advised to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Application after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
